Orange and Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
:
Oranges ( Peeled and Segmented ) -2
Ripe Banana - 1
Milk - 1 cup
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Sugar or Honey - 1/4 cup
Ice Cubes - 4
Directions
:
In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend till smooth.
Serve chilled .
