Water - 2 cups
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - to taste
Tea leaves - 3 tsp
Black Pepper - 2-3
Cloves - 2
Green Cardamom - 2-3
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Directions:
- Heat water and add black pepper, cloves, crushed cardamom and crushed ginger.
- Add tea leaves and bring it to boil.
- Add milk and bring it to boil again.
- Turn off the flame after a couple of boils, strain the chai into cups and serve it hot.
